What it does?
Corporate Coach U’s The Coaching Clinic® provides a coaching toolkit of knowledge, techniques and practiced skills that managers and leaders can apply competently and confidently in their work situation to gain immediate benefits. Applying these skills promotes rapid development of individuals and teams, and fosters leadership potential.
Applying skills learned in The Coaching Clinic has been shown to:
- promote innovation, build relationships and accelerate results
- effectively develop and retain valuable organisational members
- improve organisational communication and team effectiveness, and
- deepen commitment to personal, professional and organisational goals.
Who is it for?
This program is for anyone in a supervisory, leadership or team-based role. More than 50,000 managers and coaches have learned coaching skills through The Coaching Clinic. The Coaching Clinic is available in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese and Korean.
What to expect
During the two day highly experiential Coaching Clinic®, participants will discover how to inspire others to believe in their own success, sharpen their focus and make radical shifts to achieve extraordinary results through state-of-the-art coaching techniques. Participants also discover their personal coaching style using an inventory which positions them and their employees for rapid development.
Participants discover coaching as a powerful management and leadership model; learn, experience, and practice “state-of-the-art” coaching techniques; learn the structure and process of integrating a coach approach to management; and how to apply learning within the workplace immediately.
The Coaching Clinic® supports the development of managers and leaders who ‘show up’ as coaches in the workplace throughout their daily practices. Workplace coaching is not limited to the performance review. It is part of every conversation we have with staff. Coaches within an organisation are coaches in all their dealings with staff members from 2 minute water cooler conversations to full performance review discussions.
Program Delivery
During the program we use the principles of adult learning and draw upon a variety of modalities to create a powerful, stimulating environment for the coaches, including:

- Dyad and triad practice sessions
- Video (viewing only)

The Coaching Clinic® Overview
The Coaching Clinic® provides a performance management framework for professionals from executives, team leaders and managers, who wish to support their people to accelerate their results, improve organisational and team effectiveness and strengthen commitment to organisational goals.
