1. Why is this different to other programmes?

“Great to Intentional” is not designed for everyone.

We are seeking individuals who are:

  • in command of their ego
  • can think systemically
  • have exceptional application skills

Participants who are attracted to this programme will most likely have noticed that over the past several years their worldviews have been changing. Participants will already have embarked upon a journey of deep inner change - a change they are discovering how to grow into!

This event is designed for the insatiably curious. You may be able to sense order within chaos, and are searching for guiding principles. You wish to engage more meaningfully in Whole Earth problems. You may be exploring a growing spiritual awareness which transcends traditional religion.

Equally, you may be experiencing a sense of being overwhelmed by the economic and emotional costs of caring; being increasingly confronted by chaos and disorder; a growing need for tangible results and functionality; and a sense of knowing which resides beyond feeling.

Participants may be recognising the synergy of all life, and wish to explore the paradox of wanting to live significant, yet humble lives from the vantage point of a “Life in Total” perspective.

We are dedicated to teaching and supporting people to apply systemic and integrative thinking in their everyday lives in order to achieve different results and create new personal as well as professional operating paradigms.

Given the context for this event and the caliber of participants, the tone will be set for a high level of maturity, emotional intelligence/evolution and very deep inquiry.

Combining this environment with the group’s synergistic and spontaneous response, we can anticipate a dynamic of total engagement, an inspiring level of conversation and an experience that has immediate impact and application for a naturally emerging form of leadership.

2. What will I get from the programme?

*Prior to the event you will be asked to complete several online profiles which will provide revealing and useful baseline data, based upon Spiral Dynamics (Integral) theory (“SDi”).

*Previous SDi trained individuals, who engage in the event and demonstrate a comprehensive application of SDi, will be eligible for SDi level 2 Certification.

Whether or not you are familiar with the work of Ken Wilber or Don Beck and Chris Cowan (Spiral Dynamics (Integral)), this event encourages all who respond with volition to discover what is truly possible.

We will also pose some questions which will prepare your thinking for the event.

For example, we will ask you: “What is your single most important question for which you are seeking clarity and/or direction”?

Day 1- will begin with a look at you.

Appreciate the emerging global, local and personal worldviews within which you operate today; examine how this is changing and IS and WILL CONTINUE to IMPACT upon all that you do and experience!

Become inspired to discover how to align your INTENT with the emerging new worldviews through a process of enquiry which will include questions like:

*How do you perceive the world and how does the world perceive you? Do these two match?

*What is your purpose? What is your legacy? Why are you here?(in the very broadest context).

*How are you interacting with the world/others? Does this need to change?

*We will examine the role of ego & fear in our lives and seriously question “what purpose, if any, do they serve?”

*Why are congruence, clean communication, openness, and inter-dependence so important in leadership?

*What is an “Intentional Path?”

We will also be opening our minds to what we didn’t know was possible and discovering new insights through using a “systemic thinking” approach.

Day 2- will be a day to work with YOUR most important question.

Building upon the deep exploration of Day 1, and your personal reflection overnight, you may notice that your priorities start to shift.

We will examine:

*The power of reframing, then utilise this knowledge to explore and experience the leading edge process of how change really occurs.

*During the process, you will learn about the elegant simplicity of the ‘Graves Change Equation’; the 6 conditions for change and how these release natural motivational flows… explore the language and experience the practice of tomorrow, today.

Day 3 - concludes our exploration of the conditions for change.

As we move toward closing, you will prepare for re-entry into the world by:

*Setting your own well-formed Intention.

*Integrating all that you have learned using powerful techniques which you can use anywhere, anytime.

*Preparing to interact appropriately with others from your own, uniquely defined “Intentional Pathway”.
