Just in Time Coaching allows for coaching on a just in time basis, when you need it most or when you want it. Or, you can book your sessions, just like you may have done in a regular coaching relationship. Options Get coaching just in time…when the issue, problem, discussion…is in your face. Interview coaches for the perfect ~Coach~ fit for you. Book regular sessions with your coach. Have quick lazer coaching sessions for 15 minutes. Have a group coaching session with your team or a special interest group. Tailor a coaching program to fit a specific need. Take some assessments for benchmarking, or 360’s to build a specific outcome. Back up your training program, such as Dare to Care, with Just in Time Coaching to ensure maximum integration and ongoing implementation of the training. How We Can Supplement the Internal Coaching Program and Save You Money For the internal coach division, Just in Time Coaching provides a significant return on investment. How we save you money: We find the coaches. They come from all over the world. They are credentialed to the highest standards by the International Coach Federation (www.coachfederation.org), at the three levels of Master Certified Coach, Professional Certified Coach and Associate Certified Coach. We do extra training with them, including the delivery of an induction program we have built with your support, so they can understand your company culture. Our coaches will speak your company speak, know your company policies, and understand your companies idiosyncrasies. We make sure that the coaches are of the highest standard, and that the entry qualifications are rigorous. We manage the entire process. All you have to do is let us know who has access to coaching. We collaborate with you on the induction program and we meet to speak with you on a regular basis about feedback. We manage the billing process. Each month you get an invoice from us, broken down into the specific categories that are important to you. We handle the feedback and reporting. You are informed about things that are important to you. We can build capability into the system for you to design case studies and monitor/measure the effectiveness of the coaching. We provide coaches to three levels within your organization. The executive team, the middle manager, and the front line person. All three levels are at three different price points.
