In leadership today, it is essential that we have perspective on the world that affords a greater understanding of why people make the choices they do. Having this understanding allows us to respond appropriately to the different circumstances that we meet head on daily. We become better at solving problems, and working with the complexities of humanity.

Spiral Dynamics is an elegant model based on developmental theory. Understanding this model allows us to transcend race, religion and the normal modern stereotypes.

Our Spiral Dynamics workshop will provide you and your organisation with an introduction to the following:

Learn how to speak the language of codes.
Create an in-body understanding of your own code, your strengths and weaknesses from the code perspective.
Develop greater empathy and understanding for other people’s codes.
Create solutions to problems that need second tier thinking.
