• She made me think about what and how I was doing things not just in my job but at home as well. When I saw that we were doing 5 hours of personal development I was really not looking forward to it but once we started I really enjoyed being there.

The overall feedback has being great. Everyone enjoyed this session and found it extremely interesting to know what their intrinsic values are eg High, Medium, Low’s and how to use this to better interact not only in the personal life but in their business. Most seem to love the idea of a self-audit and taking time out to see what best for them.

The workshop was very relevant to my business. As you know many of my team have been challenged by the ongoing effects of the drought. Your understanding and honest approach was very well received by the group. I was very pleased with the manner in which you challenged the group and kept them focused on the end goals.

I believe the success of any workshop can be gauged on the feedback once the participants return to the office. Here we are some 2 weeks down the track and many of the team are still talking about the workshop and more importantly, "staying in the question".

Upon my appointment to Managing the largest Branch in Regional/Rural ANZ Australia my Manager gave me the greatest gift a line Manager can give, the opportunity to receive external professional coaching through Syzergy with Christine McDougall. Dear Christine,

I write this letter to you in appreciation of your compassionate and dedicated support in my development as a leader and responsible, honest communicator. It is not often enough that you can say someone truly cares and is unselfishly committed to developing the human spirit and communication skills in individuals and growth in Companies.

In the past 18 months that we have been working together I am astounded at the lessons I learn and your uncompromising and delicate way in which you guide me down the path towards the answers.

Each time I think that I have “Got It” there is always seems to be a new challenge, another obstacle in understanding situations and behaviours of both staff and customers. The never ending cycle of learning is made easier with your guidance, although these lessons are sometimes difficult and frustrating for me you are patient and deliver the message with a deep sense of understanding about how I may interpret the situation and your message.

I continue with my journey with far more confidence than I began with. The knowledge that you share with me and I in turn pass onto others makes my staff happier, more productive and generally more aware and committed to their roles and obligations.

The culture in our Company has changed dramatically for the long term. The Directors of our company have seen the growth that I have achieved and the direction in my Vision for this Company, this has been acknowledged in the development of my career. During the time you spent with Graham Lewin he has shared that he has learnt some invaluable lessons also. I appreciate your time and it is far more valuable than the fee you are charging me.
